Registration cancellation policies

After 5 September 2027, no change or cancellation will be accepted for previously confirmed registrations. Any cancellation made before this date will incur a charge of 50%.

Afterwards, the payment can NOT be refunded due to cancellation. All cancellation requests must be sent to the Technical Secretariat by email. All refunds will be paid after the congress.
